Darren Meyer
Darren Meyer
Chief Operating Officer
Darren is CSI’s COO where he builds a culture of continuous improvement, relentless drive for product quality, and passion for delighting customers.
He has experience in senior leadership roles heading international sales and operations teams at both public and private companies with a focus on the customer and quality. Darren originally joined CSI in April 2022 to lead CSI’s acquisition of a Chicago based business. He holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Donetta McLaughlin
Donetta McLaughlin
Vice President, Finance and HR
Donetta is CSI’s Vice President of Finance and HR, a role in which she has over twenty years of experience. Her previous work spans a wide range of industries including public accounting, technology, and service. Prior to joining CSI, she was the controller for a publicly traded company for four years. Notably, she has presented a financial platform to the United States Copyright office. She attended the University of Michigan, Flint where she received her BS in Accounting.

Ashley Haughey
Vice President, Customer Service, Procurement & Logistics
Ashley is CSI’s VP of Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics where she leads our team that handles the day-to-day management of our customers. Ashley joined CSI in 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in global sourcing and account management. Prior to CSI, Ashley gained experience in military, marine, and aerospace applications. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Marketing and Business Management.

John Duhamel
John Duhamel
Vice President Sourcing & Quality
John is CSI’s Vice President of Sourcing & Quality, leading strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the organization. He joined CSI in 2012 with over 20 years of direct manufacturing experience in automotive, aerospace, and job shop environments. In his past roles, he was integral to improvements to quality, process flow, and environmental health and safety. Notably, he received the KVT Group’s Operational Excellence Award in 2010 for leading the integration efforts of the Swiss and US groups.

Lee Ann Khoo
Vice President Asia/Pacific Sourcing
Lee Ann Khoo serves as CSI’s Vice President of Asia and Pacific Sourcing in which he provides a direct, familiar connection to partners across the Pacific. He has over 30 years of experience in strategic sourcing and brings many years of industry knowledge from a variety of specialties including aerospace, computers, automotive, electronics, and industrial and life sciences. Based in Singapore, Mr. Khoo helps CSI operate consistently and smoothly in multi-national environments.

Nate Minegar
Nate Minegar
Vice President, Engineering
Nate serves as CSI’s Vice President of Engineering where he leads the design and development process. He has 25 years of experience in engineering design and project management in industries such as automotive, marine and nuclear. He supports his role with a PMP credential and 15 years of managing SME teams in different global regions to collaborate effectively in achieving success toward design and new product development projects sourced in Asia. He earned an MBA from the University of Hartford.

Bobby Hedgpath
Manager - Quality
Bobby is CSI’s Quality Manager, ensuring all builds meet customer expectations.
He joined CSI in 2022 with over 35 years of experience in industrial engineering and quality management. His background includes work in a variety of sectors including automotive, industrial, machining, electronics, and aerospace specializing in quality and metrology. Most notably, he has designed and managed multiple metrology labs where he worked directly with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
